State Representative Bob Heaton was born in 1956 in Brazil, Indiana. Rep. Heaton grew up on a classic rural Hoosier farm that has been in the Heaton family for over 120 years. There he grew up with his mother, father, two brothers and one sister.

State Representative Peggy Mayfield has a long history in the private sector, including retail management, wholesale distribution, and the service sector. For over two decades, Peggy and her husband Dean have owned Mayfield Insurance, an independent insurance agency located in Mooresville, IN, and are members of four local Chambers of Commerce.

Representative Jeff Ellington is a long-time resident of Bloomington and has always had an interest in making his community a better place. The district he represents includes most of Greene County and portions of Monroe, Martin and Daviess counties.

State Representative Chris May is a small-business owner and three-term Lawrence County commissioner. A graduate of Bedford North Lawrence High School and Vincennes University, May currently works at Whitney Tool as a sales engineer and owns and operates Hoosier Tech Properties, a small business providing residential housing.
