Party Chairman- William Ellis

William has been a resident of Monroe County since 1999, when he was transferred to Bloomington for a major retail company.

 

He has been a private business owner, retail management, restaurant management/consulting and most recently is a Level III Assessor/Appraiser.

 

William lives in Ellettsville with his wife Christina and has two children, Katherine and Patrick.

 

Vice Chairman-Ann Collins

Ann has been a long time resident of Monroe County and has a Business degree from The Ohio State University. Ann also has professional experience in Development, Marketing, Business Ownership, and Real Estate.

 

Ann has three children, Samantha, James and Jonathan.

 

 

Secretary-Tracy Young

Tracy Young was born and raised in Monroe County. She attended IU and received her Batchelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.

Tracy is currently a Realtor in Monroe County and when not selling homes, volunteers with the Red Cross Disaster Response Team. She spends her free time with her two year old Beagle, Riley, who is the source of all her frustration and entertainment!

 

Treasurer-John Arnold

John has been a Monroe County Resident since August, 1988 when he came to Bloomington to work for the State of Indiana.  He has a B. S. Degree in Accounting from Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and is a CPA.
     John have been the Republican Precinct Committee Person for precinct P21 for the past twelve years, and has been the Monroe County Republican Central Committee Treasurer since March, 2009.  In addition to political activities, he has been a board member of Gentry Estates Home Owners Association since April, 1998, and has served as President since 2002, and he is also a member of the Monroe County Citizens Advisory Committee on Recycling and has served as Secretary for the past year.

Political Director-Dr. Ashley Newell

Ashley Newell came to Monroe County in 2008, for school. By 2009 she was making headlines standing up against elected Democrat Baron Hill. She finished her education at IU and liked life in Bloomington so much that she married native Hoosier, Dean Newell. She continues to rabble rouse as the Political Director for Monroe County. She has recently slashed her diminutive free time by becoming the Deputy Finance Director for Congressman Todd Rokita's Senate Campaign. She enjoys intelligent debate, petting awesome dogs and making her husband dinner.
